Acceptance

By creating an account or using Dream Beacons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and PIN. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream Beacons. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the service for any illegal purpose.

Dream Beacons cannot verify the age of users. By creating an account, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement. We are not responsible for misrepresentation of age by any user. Use of this service by minors is at the sole risk of the user and their parent or guardian.

Content you submit

You retain ownership of your dreams and journal entries. By making a dream public, you grant Dream Beacons a non-exclusive license to display it to other users and use it for dream matching purposes.

You may not submit content that is abusive, harassing, explicit, illegal, or intended to manipulate the matching algorithm. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate this.

Dream Beacons uses automated tools to detect prohibited content. These tools are not perfect. Some content may bypass detection. Dream Beacons is not liable for user-generated content that evades automated moderation. You use this service and interact with content submitted by other users entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from exposure to user-submitted content.

Dream readings

Dream interpretations provided by Morpheus and Nyx are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on dream readings.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.

Annual and Lifetime plans — service continuity. Annual and Lifetime plan purchases are made with the understanding that Dream Beacons is an independently operated service. We make no guarantee of perpetual operation. In the event that Dream Beacons ceases operations, annual and lifetime plan holders are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of their access. By purchasing an annual or lifetime plan, you acknowledge and accept this risk. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any service discontinuation.

Affiliate program

Affiliate commissions are earned on referred paid subscriptions at 30% of net revenue. Commissions are held until they reach the $25 minimum payout threshold. Dream Beacons reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals or referrals obtained through misleading marketing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Dream Beacons is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or the actions of other users. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dream Beacons after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
