By creating an account or using Dream Beacons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and PIN. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dream Beacons. You may not create accounts on behalf of others or use the service for any illegal purpose.
You retain ownership of your dreams and journal entries. By making a dream public, you grant Dream Beacons a non-exclusive license to display it to other users and use it for dream matching purposes.
You may not submit content that is abusive, harassing, illegal, or intended to manipulate the matching algorithm. We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate this.
Dream interpretations provided by Morpheus and Nyx are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on dream readings.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.
Affiliate commissions are earned on referred paid subscriptions at 30% of net revenue. Commissions are held until they reach the $25 minimum payout threshold. Dream Beacons reserves the right to withhold commissions for fraudulent referrals or referrals obtained through misleading marketing.
Dream Beacons is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, or the actions of other users. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dream Beacons after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
